By entering The Welsh Mini Masters I understand: (a) that if I am in doubt about my child's health or a medical condition that could be affected by exercise, I should obtain doctor's approval before my child participates. (b) each child is accompanied to the event by an adult; (c) acknowledge that my child participates in this event at their own risk and that the organiser cannot be held liable for any injury, loss or damage caused or sustained as a result of participation; (d) undertake to be bound by the event rules as stipulated by the organisers; e) I consent to my child’s picture (and filming) being taken to be used for publicity purposes.
